Happy last new moon of the year (and decade)! Venessa and Megan talk about this new moon in Capricorn and reflections of 10 years past, how Venessa is celebrating her mom’s birthday and the 10th anniversary of her death.
This is a great new moon for manifesting and now is the time to kick off the projects that have been at the back of your mind! We share ways to support and ground our dreams, including our favorite systems and apps to help us create a solid container that holds our visions and big projects.
We explore some of our fave herbs and foods to support the body systems of focus with a Capricorn moon, including bones, skin, knees, and gallbladder. Megan shares her intention for moving forward into 2020: Keeping ONE promise to yourself every day; plus my love affair with water and the insights around water that are coming through lately.
P.S. We’re taking a break from Moon Musings in January, so we hope you have an amazing New Year and we’ll come back in February with some new moon insights!
