This Episode's Theme...
#UNFILTERED Moon Musings :: New Moon In Sagittarius :: Adapting to Change, Pacing Ourselves, Twerking as Medicine
Happy new moon! Venessa and Megan talk about how this new moon in Sagittarius houses a beautiful energy to reflect on recent themes before Eclipse season arrives, invitations for working with our root chakra, and adapting to change. We discuss the importance of working with our bodies and mining our thoughts, and ways to support our internal fires so we don’t burn out.
We share some of what we’ve been working on to support our root and allow more flow (i.e. are you holding your pee too?) such as honoring our body’s rhythms, self massage and twerking as medicine. We explore some of our fave moistening and circulatory foods & herbs to support the flow of that heat related to weakened or imbalanced Sagittarius fire.
