Practicing Feng Shui is a way to have mindfulness in respect to your surroundings - all of the little details impact your wellbeing, your stress levels and how you show up in the world.” ~ Anjie Cho

Consider for a moment that everything in your environment, what I call your Sacred Ecology, plays a role in creating the conditions for growing the YOU that stands as yourself today and the future (whether we like it or not)… While it may not feel like it initially, this is a highly empowering thing to grasp.

Why? Because now YOU get to check and cultivate an ecology that you desire so you can thrive TODAY and tomorrow. It’s never too late to change our story... And that’s why creating holistic spaces is critical for our wellbeing.

Our guest today Anjie Cho, green architect, feng shui expert, and author of Holistic Spaces, says that through observing and shifting the built environment, feng shui (an ancient Asian art of placement) teaches us how to live in harmony with nature. Feng shui adjustments can bring balance to your home, health and life because the principles are founded upon cycles and patterns of nature and ancient knowledge.

Today in our conversation with Anjie, we cover what feng shui actually means and it’s importance related to creating a holistic home. Anjie shares about her journey from exhaustion starting her own business and the big leaps she committed to making that led to greater ease and success in her career

She breaks down the foundational principles of Feng Shui including the Bagua map, themes, elements, colors, and gives us tips on how to boost the area of nourishment, wealth, and prosperity with small tweaks in your home space.

This was such a fun and illuminating interview with lots of easy and practical tips, PLUS we are having a Feed Your Wild x Holistic Spaces giveaway!
