Today I’m sitting with Liz Mullinar, a survivor of childhood trauma, trauma counsellor, and the founder of Heal For Life Foundation which has provided trauma recovery programs for over 20 years. She developed the Heal For Life Model in the early nineties when she felt along with other survivors of trauma that there had to be a permanent way of healing from the impact of childhood memories.
Liz latest book is a step-by-step guide called HEAL FOR LIFE: How to Heal Yourself from the Pain of Childhood Trauma based on the Heal For Life model that has helped over 8,500 people self-heal from trauma. It demonstrates how to transform painful trauma memories and emotional triggers into permanent healing. 100% of the book’s proceeds go back to Heal for Life to pay for survivors to attend programs!
